I have been working with Lisa for a little over six months and she is fantastic! Never in my life did I think I would have the body that I have now. She has taken inches off everywhere... not to mention I have never felt so physically able! Push up? Are you kidding me? Now I can do lots of them! I haven't bulked up at all in fact I have dropped a dress size and three inches off my jeans! -Meredith D. I have never felt better.
