Burn is the first studio of its kind in the Bay Area. We've taken the best of pilates, resistance, and cardio training to provide you with a total body 55 minute workout. This combination of exercises burns calories, increases metabolism, and creates strong, long, lean fit bodies. We limit the class to 14 participants so that each person gets individual attention, assistance and any needed modifications. Each class provides a variety of techniques and equipment to challenge your body in a safe, challenging way. Each class provides a circuit of exercises to keep you challenged, motivated, and engaged. You will not get bored. As you fatigue from one series of exercises, we’ll move on to the next set with a different technique. This is an active approach that maximizes calorie burn, minimizes boredom, and challenges your body in a unique way.
